Q: Are your 800 rates competitive?
A: Our rates are extremely competitive, and with the first 100
minutes of usage FREE each month, it's a deal that can't be beat!
Q: Does your service require a
contractual agreement for any particular length of time?
A: No, subscriptions are on a month to month basis.
Q: What are your hours of support?
A: Our client services department is available, free of charge, from
8am to 5pm, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are
available to assist you with any questions you may have about your
system.
Q: Can I use my existing 800/888 number?
A: Yes, we can direct your existing toll-free number to your Freedom
VOICE system. In fact we can attach multiple 800/888 numbers to your
system.
Q: How many inbound calls can my system handle?
A: The system is digital so we can actually take hundreds of calls
simultaneously, and your sender will never get a busy signal.
Q: How much is it to get set up?
A: First month service is billed at $19.90 and includes first and
last month service charges. The $9.95 monthly fee includes 100
free minutes. Calls in excess of the included plan minutes are
charged at 6.9 cents/minute for both inbound and outbound calls.
