It's simple! Using your WebLINK Personal Internet Control Panel, you have the ability to browse documents on your computer, and select the one you'd like to fax out. We support almost every popular office and image file format, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF!

You can download free FaxFreedom software that will install a printer on your PC that allows you to print any file type to any fax machine! For example, if you have prepared a Word document that you would like to fax out, simply select file-print and select FaxFreedom! You will then be asked to enter the fax number of the receiver. It's that easy!

Caller I.D. Capture on Incoming Faxes
We capture the caller id of all incoming faxes, even if they're coming from a blocked or unlisted fax number. This data can be accessed using your WebLINK Personal Internet Control Panel.

Unlimited Fax Storage Capacity
Have a lot of faxes that come through? Don't worry! We are able to store an unlimited number of faxes for you to retrieve at your convenience.

Archive Your Faxes on Your Computer for Quick Retrieval
Store and label any of your faxes in a special folder for easy access. The next time you need to send the same fax, you'll know where to find it!

Call-back and Pager Notification
Whenever you receive a new fax, we are able to notify you by phone or pager. You are able to choose which method of notification you prefer using your WebLINK Personal Internet Control Panel. You will also be given the option of times and days of week when you would like your notification turned on.

E-mail Delivery of Faxes
Your faxes can be sent to any existing e-mail address or multiple addresses if you choose. Your faxes will be delivered as attachments in the form of a tiff or PDF file, whichever you prefer. Simply double click the attachment to view. You will have the ability to view, print, forward, and save your faxes from your e-mail.

• Detailed reports of received faxes. You are able to select a date range, and then you will see the caller id of all calls during that time frame, along with the time and day of the call, and duration of the call.
• Detailed reports of sent faxes. We will provide you with the numbers you have sent faxes to, date and time each fax was initiated, date and time each fax was completed, current status of faxes (i.e. sending, queued, completed, retrying, etc.).
• Account Access and Administration - Update payment information, update contact information, view all products and services on your account, and view all your payment history.

Transfer Exisiting Toll Free Numbers
If you already have a toll free number of your own, we will be happy to transfer the number to work alongside our system. We will even give you a start up number so you don't have to waste time in getting your system set up! Each number transferred costs $30.

Vanity Numbers
A vanity number can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number that much easier to remember. We can search for as many numbers as you'd like until we find a perfect match for you! We have 800, 888, 877, and 866 prefixes for you to choose from. There is a $30 fee for vanity numbers.

True "800" Numbers
Although all of the toll free prefixes are widely known as free to the caller, some individuals choose to go with the prefix that has been known the longest, "800". 800 area code numbers cost a one-time fee of $15.
